Main Duties:
-
Account Payable: Check payment of vouchers with documents and SAP; check SAP balance, entry invoice/debit note; prepare aging AP for payment plan.
-
Account Receivable: Completes incoming payments with customer invoices, prepares incoming summaries, and prepares manual invoices for LC and non-trade.
-
Cash & Bank: Prepare cash flow projections & letters of bank; checking bank facility; prepare issuance of bank guarantee / LC; prepare monthly cash bank reconciliation; input data into web-banking.

Finance Administration: checking expense & advances documents in financial process.
-
Able to establish and maintain communication with external parties.
